18 Jun, 2021On 17th June 2021 a complaint case has been filed in the Honble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Golaghat against one FPS retailer Sri Gojen Das , resident of Tenpur, Janpara, Ghulampatty for misappropriation of TPDS rice, issues of less rice than the legal entitlement to beneficiaries , non issue of kerosene oil to consumers etc and for violation of the clauses of the Assam Public Distribution of Articles Order, 1982 and TPDS Control Order ,2015 . The case has been registered today and committed for trial in the court of Addl CJM, Golaghat bearing CR Case No:43 /2021 U/S 7(1)(a) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955
