Shri Manabendra Dev Ray, APS took over charge as the Director, I&PR Assam,

from the outgoing Director Shri Bishnu Kamal Bora, ACS today. The officers and staffs of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Assam organized a farewell function for the outgoing Director on his superannuation today at the DIPR HQ, in Guwahati on 28th February, 2023.
